Return Policies
We insist that you contact us in advance for a return authorization citing why you wish to return the merchandise.
Your purchase may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 30 days from original purchase date as long as you have requested and received a return authorization. Please contact us at makeup@mebymezhgan.com.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any remaining or left over prodcuct.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately via email, makeup@mebymezhgan.com
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged box and damaged merchandise and the items will be replaced.
